RETURNS:
All of us at ADRIC Cosmeceuticals want you to be 100% satisfied with your ADRIC Advanced Anti Aging Skin Care purchase. If you have decided against your purchase, and it is UNOPENED, you may return the product within 7 days for a full refund. But we ask that you follow these few guidelines:
- Products must have been purchased directly from www.adricskincare.com. (We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets.)
- Products must be returned within 7 days of order date.
- Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
- We will not accept returns on OPENED products.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We do offer exchanges for returned unopened products.

SHIPPING:
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. If the order is received after 1pm Eastern Standard Time it is possible your order will be processed the next business day. Shipping charges will be determined by:
- The weight and size of the purchased items
- The location of the delivery address
- The delivery option you choose
To keep your costs down, we ship using United States Postal Service. During the checkout process, you will only have the option of the following:
However, if it benefits our customers, or if we deem it necessary, we DO reserve the right to ship using other options or methods.
We will ship to Hawaii and Alaska but additional charges may apply. These charges will depend on the weight and size of the shipment. Also, some shipping options may not be available due to shipment location. Please allow extra time for delivery.
